For the Adventurous Types
A Tent Camp In the Middle of the "Outback of
Alaska"
Our tent camp is one hour by bush plane from Anchorage, on the shore
of the Yentna River.
A camp guide is available to assist you on your
arrival.
He will show you the "hot spots" for all salmon
species, depending on the time of year.
Our boats hold three
people and are easy to handle with dependable 20hp outboard motors.
Our camp tents are equipped with cots and a separate kitchen tent with
generator, freezer, tools and a cell phone to reach our main lodge should
the need arise.
The King Salmon are running heavily from the first
week in June, followed by the Reds (Sockeye) in July and the Coho in August
to the middle of September.
We provide the kitchen equipment and utensils but the shopping and
culinary skills are up to the "Chef" in your group.
We would be happy to coordinate your flight from Anchorage to the
camp site
and return and provide a checklist for fishing equipment, clothing and
groceries.
Our goal is to offer an affordable fishing and wilderness experience for
the memory of a lifetime.
With the warmest greetings from the Great
Land!
